Raffles Christian School Pondok Indah is preparing to celebrate its 17th Speech and Prize Giving Day on 25 February 2023. The event is highly anticipated by the school community, as it provides an opportunity to acknowledge the achievements of students and showcase the school’s academic and non academic programs.
The theme of this year’s Speech and Prize Giving Day is “Renewed in Faith, Persevered in Hope.” It is a relevant theme in light of the ongoing transition from pandemic to endemic state of COVID-19. The theme emphasizes the importance of maintaining one’s faith and hope, especially in the face of difficult or challenging circumstances.
The event will commence with a formal ceremony, which will include speeches from the school’s leaders, guest speakers, and student representatives. The speeches are expected to highlight the school’s accomplishments over the past year, as well as the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
Following the speeches, the awards ceremony will commence, with students being recognized for their academic achievements and leadership skills and staff for their long service award.
